Ed will release a live bootleg series (speculation)

This is purely speculation, but after being at the show last night I think that there will be an official live bootlegs series coming from the solo tour. The reason I say this is that on each side of the stage there were microphones appearing to be pointing out into the audience. Once would be led to think that this is to record the crowd noise in order to give the official bootlegs a raw live feel rather than having the crowd as background noise on Ed's mike.

Again I can't confirm this, it is just a hunch based on what I observed last night. Fingers crossed that this is the case, because the show was fantastic and I'd love to be able to hear it again (even if certain elements were edited out...although I'd prefer they weren't).

Just my 2 cents.

I had a friend of mine once tell me that sometimes they puts microphones on the crowd so they can sort of "isolate" the crowd noise and thus have more control over it. It was probably explained better than that, but as I understood it, if you record the crowd on their own mics you can then possibly eliminate them to more of a degree from the mix....

...which might be a good thing, since I don't want to hear all of the people that yell pointless or stupid things at the wrong times.

    "I love you eddy"
    "shut up and sing"
    "can I have a pick/kiss/hug?"
    "play angel"

    etc
