I assume a lot of people have heard of them but maybe only know a few songs. But I’ve never really stopped listening. Some incredible stuff. I honestly could have listed the first three albums in full.

    Gomez (album in parentheses)

    Get Miles (Bring it On)

Make No Sound (Bring it On)

Love is Better than a Warm Trombone (Bring it on)

Free to Run (Bring it On)

    Hangover (Liquid Skin)

    Revolutionary Kind (Liquid Skin)

    Las Vegas Dealer (Liquid Skin)

    California (Liquid Skin)

    Rex Kramer (In our Gun)

Detroit Swing 66 (In Our Gun)

In Our Gun (In Our Gun)

    Army Dub (In Our Gun)

Me, You, and Everybody (Split the Difference)

    Sweet Virginia (Split the Difference)

How we Operate (How we Operate)

Haven’t listened to much Gomez over the last few years. I need to get back into Liquid Skin in particular! Love that album.
Liquid Skin I listened to the most for sure. Probably my fav album of theirs with In Our Gun a close second.

I almost picked this band to do as well. Glad to see you have Devils Waitin and Ain’t No Easy Way on there. I know you’ll appreciate this since you are close to Philly I believe,  and an avid concert guy, but I saw BRMC at the Saint in Asbury Park for their debut album. Maybe 50 people there. There was no stage. We were at eye level with them. I was maybe 10-15 feet from them. Remember it like it was yesterday.

I also saw them early on in NYC. I can't remember where, but it was small. It may have been Mercury Lounge.

Nice! Never been there though. First time I saw them was during their second album around ‘’04. Hopefully they put out something new this year since their last album was like 5 years ago.

Out of curiosity I looked up that tour and I saw them in August 4, 2001. They played Mercury Lounge two nights before, so that was likely it! They played NY a few times it looks like in 2000-2001: Bar 13, Mercury Lounge another time, and Brownies? Never heard of that venue

Brownies was a great live music venue. I used to see a lot of cool local bands there. It was sad when they closed down.

Awesome list! R.E.M. is one of those bands where I could write this list so many different ways.

Life’s Rich Pageant is probably my favorite album of theirs.

I was going to attempt an R.E.M. list but I couldn't get my head around condensing the list! Too many great songs to choose from.

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

There was a lot of second guessing involved in my list. I agree, way too many great songs.
