    I checked my order. I ordered something else with my CDs, and got that weeks ago. The tracking number for that item was the only thing on the order. I looked this morning, and another tracking number is listed under the first one, even though my CDs still say "pending shipment". HOWEVER, the new tracking number is missing 4 digits, so I obviously can not get any info from the UPS link when I click on it. Could that be some kind of order number for Nugs?

     None of this is a huge deal for me; I just want the CDs in my possession for a keepsake/any future uploading convenience needs that may arise. But now I'm curious as to what the frick that number is about.

    Finally came!  Ordered FTW1 the 1st day it was avail on 10/4 and got it on 11/6. Thats me btw that screamed "different"! when Ed announced no Matt and said they had 2 choices...;)

    I received my order Saturday for both Chicago shows and both Austin shows, except instead of the 9/5 Chicago show, they sent me the 8/31 St Paul show. I contacted them to report it. Hopefully they get it figured out before they break for the holidays.

    They sent me a link for me to contact Nugs since they are the ones who ship the CDs. I contacted them and they are sending a replacement. Very good customer service from both groups.
