If anyone's looking for an affordable pair, there's currently n1 tickets up in the very last row of the upperdeck of the balcony for face value through fan2fan.

Has anyone seen any information on the merch time and location for N1/N2. Assuming it will be the same as Earthlings just curious about the opening time.

Nothing yet.  With it being a theatre show, the shows last time seemed reasonable.  Wasn't that a long a line to get in, most merch was there.   You could of just bought stuff in the venue as there as no shortage.   Even on day 2, they still had night 1 stuff, so I could of saved time and only gone once.
  • I am sure someone else has said this, but I just checked and noticed resale tickets on the floor back in CC (behind A-Z) going for $785 when a pair of tickets ten rows closer (row S) are selling for $516 as "premium" seats....brutal for the resale.

yah, definitely.  This is a common feature of most concerts.   The price of unsold tickets starts to decline as the show date approaches.    With normal shows you would lower your price and take a hit, but with PJ/EV shows you can't lower your price, so you risk not selling them because closer tickets got sold at lower prices.  I was even worried about that last week when I managed to pull off some upgrades.

There seems to be a lots of tickets left with a week to go (especially for night 2).  I also haven't really seen anything in the first 10 rows get posted yet.  Last year those went for sale at the end, and because there were so many for sale they blew them out at less than the original face value.

Maybe because these are charity shows those got absorbed by big donors, but if they're still sitting on them, I expect there to be some pretty amazing face value tickets in a few days time.

Edit:  The moral of the story with Platinum, is only buy platinum tickets if you really really intend to go.

I guess those prices will keep dropping over the next few days, and by the weekend if there's any left, they might go to face value (or less).

The question I'm wondering, is they didn't put many for sale that were right up front.  Are those all the tickets, or are they still sitting on a bunch of the best ones.  Last year they dropped first 5 rows thing not long before the shows.

I'm tempted to sell my night 2 pair (which has the most tickets left for sale) and cross my fingers they dump some truly amazing tickets at face at the end, but I think I should be content with what I have :)

It feels weird the way they did platinum. They barely put any up for sale after the general onsale when demand would of been it's highest.  Didn't post tickets for weeks, then a few weeks ago put a craptonne for sale at the same time oversaturating it.

What’s the current sentiment re: whether set will be Earthling or just Old school just Eddie with guitar? Initially (after seeing the Innings Fest set list) I was thinking/hoping for the latter. However, after Ohana, I’m second guessing. I also seem to be noticing more Earthling colours in posters/advertising for the show (but maybe that was always there?). Anyways, interested in your thoughts….

This was billed as a solo show and that's what I expect. Solo show with occasional guests. If it's an Earthlings show I'm going to be severely disappointed just because it's been a while since I've seen a solo show and that's what I thought I was buying tickets to.

I'm hoping for a solo show, just because I saw the two Earthlings shows last year and I've only seen one solo show, which was amazing.  My wife has never seen a solo show, so I think she'd like it.

I have no idea what to expect.  Wasn't the Ohana show originally billed as solo, then turn into an Earthlings show?

Also it seems like at least 60% of PJ is currently in Seattle.. who knows :)

I appreciate the comments, thanks! This time around, money is tight, so trying to save money wherever we can. If they’re like 2021, I’d be fine going to one, but if they are anything like the Seattle 2011 shows or the run of 3 shows we were privileged to experience in Sydney 2014, then we’ll make it work. I guess there’s only one way to find out :)
