    For one, I don’t buy for a second that it’s actually 1700 square feet. Both buildings on either side have been rebuilt. I think it gets knocked down and have you see all the stuff that’s been knocked down and rebuilt recently. 

    Let’s do a bar tab. We’ll go out once it starts happening and loser picks up the tab

    Things were cheaper in 2009! And have you seen the price of wood?
    Construction has commenced...the odds are a bit in my favor at the moment as I hear brick by brick being thrown into a truck.  Looks like the back wall is off and part of the roof...

    Question is...full demo or just tearing it down a bit and structural stuff...

    Should know in a day or so, they get these things down quick

    Yeah I don’t understand why they don’t reseed, but it is what it is. I think we have. Good shot at beating Atlanta. Hell we did it last year. 😀
