I think context and agency are key factors, TBH.

If Lauren Boebert is going through a divorce and in the meantime is getting some action, okay, it's none of my business. Whether I approve or not is irrelevant. So rape is bad, sexual assault is bad, human trafficking is bad, sexual harassment is bad, revenge porn is bad, what Larry Nasser and the guy Gym Jordan enabled did is horrible. Why: Lack of consent, lack of agency.  Being a sex worker? It's called the world's oldest profession for a reason. Frankly, I think our country would be a lot better off if people quit getting all worked up over the sex other people are or are not having, and worried more about pervasive violence.    

The point is every asshole has their own moral line. Making out in a theater doesn't cross the threshold of a poor moral decision for me.
