    ISO 1 or 2 GA for STP1 if anyone has and can plan a timed drop.  TY!!


    My Guess is what others have suggested, the tickets once Voided either went back to available inventory and will be put back into the system, or back to original buyer and their CC would be charged, ( same as when the events were canceled) ... TM would need to refund the person that owned the ticket. Any one check their CC to see if there is a pending refund?

    No resolution. Was told it would be researched. Was planning to call later. I had 2 tickets affected but one person from my group had to cancel anyway so I still need one. I have n2 GA extras and could offer a trade if it's unresolved. I would think the box office might be able to reissue 
    Great call on box office - I may go straight there when I arrive tomorrow and see if they can assist.  In the meantime, I am going to keep refreshing!  Thank you!

    Same here.  TM just thinks that the OP's have their tickets back in their account.

    I just need a single GA for N1 now (a buddy had a spare GA).  Thanks to anyone that can help!

    Sent a reserved single and got the note last night.  Recipient got note this morning saying it’s removed from his account.  It’s not back in mine.  Just had a chat response from one of the geniuses that the reason I don’t see it is that the recipient has it in their account and it can’t be transferred to me because transfers aren’t allowed.

    Seriously. I won’t transfer even my extra ticket to my +1 until the day-of going forward.

    It definitely seems like box office is best bet.

    You’re saying if the person who transferred it bought it fan to fan then this supposed refund went to the person who sold it on fan to fan (assuming original buyer)?
