    Sleep guide, in general, should be pushed on athletes.  (People, in general, but especially people who are athletic.)
    Sure some of these folks have great habits, some less so.
    Ha, first thing I thought of was imagine trying this on Mickey Mantle or the various Yankees in the 1950s.
    Just try to make sure they are sober, from the night before, by game time

    Appearance code for grown men is absolutely ludicrous. 
    Would have been great if Aaron Judge signed with the Giants and said the only reason was he wanted to grow his hair out a bit and have a goatee.
