    ESPN has every opportunity to hype up baseball and its stars but for whatever reason does not. Even the Sunday Night baseball show is lackluster.  It is a perfect spot to showcase what happened during the week in a better light but it's just horrible for me.  Fox does really well with it though.

    I enjoy Arods commentary.  Jeter I've always liked.   Poppi is ok.  I can't stand Karl Ravitch so as long as he isn't on there i'm good.

    For the summertime sports blues, I recommend Aussie football, aka footy. Incredible sport, and runs concurrently with MLB as its winter in Australia now. So for fans of MLB teams that typically disappear by July 4th (like my NY Mess again this year), footy is there all summer. The rules can be tricky, especially for tackling, but the sport is non stop action.
