You have to have some bit of mutual respect however.  For me as a Chiefs fan, it’s John Elway with Peyton Manning as a close second.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

    As Univ. of MD men's ball fan and season ticket holder for decades it would have to be Duke, Coach K, and the short white guard always draining 3s they seemed to have year after year.

    Probably Sidney Crosby for hockey
    Larry Bird for basketball (although i do like him)
    Troy Aikman or Emmitt Smith for football (or just about anyone from the Cowgirls)
    can't really think of anyone for baseball
