    The payment  took a while for me because they needed tax information/ but after 3 weeks- I did finally get mine - every Ticketmaster email I get I star ⭐️ it so I’ve got all my information readily available

    Probably closer to day of show. I even know someone who scored a Camden GA day of show last year.

    I don't think so. Ft Worth, same state as Austin, I got paid the exact amount I paid originally (322.54). It was just a TM pricing error for Austin and Chicago on the first day.     Can't hurt to try. They should pay it, but I wouldn't be optimistic. On one hand, they clearly said there would be no fees for using the Face Value Exchange and that you can sell for the amount you paid. On the other, there was probably a screen that said the payout would be 150 which you agreed to by hitting submit. And that's how much the buyer was charged, so TM would have to pay the difference itself, which I expect they wouldn't do without more effort on your part than it's probably worth.

    Yeah, I haven't done anything.  Wouldn't even know who to contact...wouldn't really expect any of the parties involved to be helpful (TM/TT).

    I’ve gotten my payments relatively fast compared to other people it seems like. 
    Make sure your bank info is correct and you’ve entered your TIN that they ask for. They’ll let you enter the wrong account #s they don’t care. It’s all gone super smoothly for me. Sold a Chicago and St Paul pair

    Are you able to use your SSN as the TIN?? If not where would one find their TIN

    Are you able to use your SSN as the TIN?? If not where would one find their TIN
    Yes. TIN applies to businesses

    I got paid for tickets sold on 5/16 on 5/24 and tickets sold on 5/18 on 5/25. I haven't been paid for tickets sold on 5/22 yet. My payment checking account is through a prepaid card and should post quicker than most banks would.
