    Total newbie. Is f2f exchange only or can I just buy tix? I have nothing to trade. Do I just keep checking the PJ Indy page on TM? Do I need to do something different? Thanks for any help or leads on one or two Indy tix.

    Folks with tickets can sell

    Folks with no tickets and looking to buy, can buy

    For a buyer it's no different than looking for any other sold out show, just keep checking until more tickets are released by previous buyers releasing their tickets

    I also just grabbed a pair of 232s. Pretty good upgrade for me from the mid-300s and looks like a pretty good angle on the stage. Thanks for the heads up!

    You can trust him with your account and login. 
    Just change your password to something temporary, give him the temporary password, then change it back after the show.

    but the question was if there is an issue 'sitting together'. not how does his brother get the tickets from his wife's phone. (it's also funny you suggested having to change a TM password from a family member)

    I would think he shouldn't expect two empty seats next to his tickets. unless they are 300 level in Chicago which people are apparently avoiding like the plague.

    the sell option under manage your tickets, the F2F option is currently turned off.. check back soon.. LOL

    Monday around 3 pm eastern, TM opened up fan 2 fan sales for some people that had tickets. They left it open til the evening and closed it. It has been closed since.

    Ticketmaster wanted to sell more pj premium and coincidentally dropped some upper levels for face value today as well.

    So ticketmaster is of course the worst.  AS I had been refreshing Indy page often early when F2F was open hoping to get tickets...now my account on my phone and my computer have been flagged and they won't let me see tickets to buy for anything....

    You create a system that requires constant monitoring and refreshing....then you block accounts?

    Anyone ever had a quick successful way of getting back in?

    It happened to me a few days ago. They flagged me as a bot. I guess I was refreshing too fast. My computer was blocked. But I could still use the phone app. I sent a message to customer service. The next morning I was unblocked.

    Call this number 888-731-4111 and a TM rep can fix your account.  I had the same issue on Monday and they were able to fix it.

    Create a new TM account and use a different device on a different IP address. Don’t refresh so often. I had my account blocked last year during F2F for Nashville and it flagged my account and iPhone max address. My wife’s account would still work on a different device on our home network. I called TM and they couldn’t fix it.
