It was a great show for sure.  Met some very special PJ fans for the first time at that show, it will always hold a special place in my heart for that fact alone.
Don't come closer or I'll have to go

I doubt an american crowd can be louder than a European/South American though.
    True..
    Athens 2006. Dusseldorf 2007. Berlin 2009. Venice 2010. Amsterdam 1 2012. Amsterdam 1+2 2014. Buenos Aires 2015.
Prague Krakow Berlin 2018. Berlin 2022
    EV, Taormina 1+2 2017.

I wish i was the souvenir you kept your house key on..

    True..
MSG 2022 was louder than all 4 Europe shows I have seen by a good amount.

Indoors vs outdoors matters as well. If that crowd that was at Fenway 2 2016 was indoors it would of blew the roof off. Same can be said for South American shows too though.

Happy belated 21st Birthday to this amazing show.  Hard to believe this show is old enough to drink now.

Happy 22nd Birthday to this great show.  Philly 1 2024 may have been louder so this might not hold the loudest crowd designation for me anymore but still a great show. will be cranking the boot this afternoon.

Not my favorite set, but yes, the loudest crowd. MSG take a note. That place was humping.

Just listened to this show. Still the loudest American show ive experienced. Greatest hits setlist but played with 100% effort and passion.
Yes. Saw a bunch of shows that tour and the philly set list was the weakest. Still a fun time though.
See I dont think a greatest hits set makes for a weak setlist. A weak setlist can be rare songs played sloppily with no flow to the show. If Jeremy and Alive are played like its 1991 like they did at the Spectrum you're in for an amazing show.
    +1

Only thing i can add at this point is that i’ve been to many NBA playoff games in various cities.   This crowd was louder than anything ive ever heard.  Sporting event, concert, etc.   It was LOUD.
College football games that I've attended get very loud at times.

Pearl Jam concerts are loud.  But not the loudest I’ve experienced.

I used to have season tickets for the Yankees in the late 90s/early 2000s.  Nothing I’ve heard tops Yankee Stadium in October when the game is on the line.

Concert wise… 6/24/93 I saw Bruce at the meadowlands while he was taking a break from the e street band.  Late in the show Clarence Clemons came on stage during 10th Avenue Freeze Out and I thought my eardrums exploded.  The crowd was so loud you couldn’t hear the music. Never experienced that before or since. It was unreal.
