Its been OK but if I feel any discomfort I just come in. Think its just gonna be one of those things that flairs up every now and then. I tell you tho when it is flaired and then try to surf it fuckin kills. Just gonna have to manage it me thinks.
I know what the shoulder results are gonna be - internal/external rotator cuff.
The other results could be anything. Remember I told you he filmed me doing all this weird stuff like crawling, squatting, reaching etc. Lucky I wore undies that day hey?
He's a movement specialist so he's gonna tell me Im short in the calfs and hammies, which then effects my hips. Dont stare at the puter all day. Take neck/shoulder breaks/stratches etc etc etc

2-3 bud but offshore and glassy as shit. North Narra was like a zoo - all the big boys were out there. Its just a breeding ground that place (didnt help me much) - some of the grommits out there (8-13 years old) are just unbelievable. Got my fair share so was ok

You're right....you will have to manage it......you just have to know your limits and not push them.......too far
