I may not be able to meet up with you guys before hand, depending on what time i can get a flight down. Daylight saving is going to screw me around so much though :D I'll be lost..

  • Just got off the phone to Glenn. He starts work in Townsville on 19/11 so doesn't need his flights for the meet-up, so I'll cancel them and use the $$ towards my Sydney flights :D

The Maestri Towers looks good Stuart :)

    What do you think Sam?

    Anyone seen a chiro before?
Ive farked my internal rotator cuff(?) and its doing my head in. I have about 15% less range of motion in my left shoulder and Ive been wondering why I feel fatigued in the shoulders every time I come out of the surf.

Its doing my head in and now every exercise I do I start to compensate elsewhere. Now Im getting little pinches in my neck and its affecting range of motion there as well. Physio told me that I should start from (pretty much) scratch again aka light weights and boring exercises AND dont surf until you get it right otherwise it'll never get time to heal. She said if Im desperate for a swim then I should dog paddle and not do over-arm rotation.

A part of me has died today!!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

Yep Im not happy. Would've rather lost my left nut or 50% of my manhood (approx 6 inches). Its really annoying especially when it highly effects two of the things I love most in life.

Have you got Into the Wild? Should I go get it? I keep procrastinating!

    LOL...why not the right one...

U just need to go and get some work done on your back and neck.
And u will be back to nromal. But dont go doing anything until the damage has been repaired.

I find what really makes my shoulder and neck play up is using the mouse on the computer too much. Whenever I use it too much all my aches come back.

Yes I ordered it thru the 10c, its going to take ages as it was the week b4.
But I did the t shirt and cd order. Have no idea with the sizes as they were guys tee .....might make a good night shirt......:)

Just do it.....dont u work near JB or if u cant be fussed order it online. :)

Yeah thats what they said - get it right first. Ive had it once before about a year ago. Was doing heaps of stabilisation crap (push ups on 4 unstable points/one arm crap etc) and it felt sore (eg when you go to dry your hair or extend arms upward). I then went out for a mega body surf with a mate 3 hrs later and that just stuffed it. Spent about 2 months at the gym on reduced workload to get the movement/confidence back.

This time it has spread elsewhere so I gotta get it professionally looked at. Sooo annoying!!!!!!!!

And the 50% reduction would leave me with 6inches :D Pffft!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    Welcome to OLD AGE ;)

We've all been to a chiro. If you can find a good one - go! I have tonnes of neck and back problems and I swear my chiro is magic :) I only go if I really have to - ie; can't do anything....and it's a pain in the arse, not to mention the cost.....but it's well worth it. Worth it for everyone, coz I just end up making everyones life a living hell if I'm laid up - can't stand it!
