It's not like Iverson stepped on Lue though...tempo_n_groove said:Can somebody que up Iverson walking over Ty Lue or Pippen standing w his junk in front of Ewing, mind you this was 90's basketball at it's finest...
But, yeah I miss the 80's and 90's basketball so much. I wish there could be a happy medium of today's fluid game with the emphasis on the 3 point shot, combined with the toughness of those days. Sooooo many ticky tack calls nowadays. It's just ridiculous.
HAVING SAID THAT....yeah, Draymond should absolutely be suspended a game for what he did.
And the Iverson/Lue thing was actually 2001. Not in the 90's!Post edited by The Juggler onwww.myspace.com0 -

Ha. The Isiaih Thomas punches to Mahorn didn't even phase him. Was like an angry 2 year old punching his father when he didn't get his Cheez-its.The Juggler said:

Ooooh that's right. The only other great brawl I remember from the 2000's was Malice at the Palace but that was fans vs Artest and company. The Juggler said:

When I lived out there and the Lakers were led by Shit Van Exel the Clippers were actually the better team. They had commercials promoting this but still no one gave a shit, lol.
Do they even have one HOFer in their history?0 -

There's a bunch of guys that played for the Clippers at some point that are in the HoF. But no one that when you say their name you think Clippers.0 -

They don't seem to hold on to their draft picks too long.
Wasn't Danny Manning on their team?0 -

Clippers drafted Manning #1 overall in 1988. He played for them for about 5 or 6 years before bouncing around the league. He's one of those guys you wonder what he could have accomplished if he didn't have those knee injuries.tempo_n_groove said:

As a franchise, I'd say the best player drafted by the Clippers was Bob McAdoo. That was when they were the Buffalo Braves.0

McAdoo made his name w the Lakers though right?markymark550 said:As a franchise, I'd say the best player drafted by the Clippers was Bob McAdoo. That was when they were the Buffalo Braves.0 -

Quentin Richardson was one I thought for sure was going to be great. He killed in college. Never did become much. Darius Miles that same draft. Both never did much.markymark550 said:

Anybody remember Chris Jackson? Changed his name to Mahmoud Abdul Rauf. He had severe OCD and practiced like a madman. I liked him.0
