Putting a bootleg onto a CD

I was told that you must convert the file from mp3 to .wav but I was wondering if anyone had a recommended download to do this. The free one that I found had a 7 conversion only trial and you had to do one song at a time. As my ipod is now full with bootlegs I would really like to get some onto CDs. THANKS FOR THE HELP

    if you use itunes...go to the preference tab under edit....then go to the advanced tab and choose the burning tab...it gives you three choices...choose the audio cd....

    Make a playlist in iTunes (you'll probably have to make 2 for a boot) and right click on the playlist and select Burn. Make sure you have a CD in the drive.

    yeah i know but how do i convert to wav. as of right now after burning the CD player doesn't read anything being on the CD

    You dont need to convert mp3 to wav. You have to convert Flac to wav though.

    then why wont the mp3 bootlegs play on a CD, I think I would have to convert because the CD isn't meant for mp3's and I don't have an mp3 CD player

    First do what Kev said, then do what I said. Am I missing something? iTunes does it all.

    ok figured it out somehow. I was probably making it a lot more difficult then it needed to be. Figured it out by hitting the HELP button on itunes.
