    "house made pork chorizo, refried beans, guac, papalo, melted cheese, onions, cilantro" - I was torn on which cemita to get. It's at 10th & Cross, opened fairly recently. We're heading there for a Super Bowl Eve dinner, so was curious to try something before then. Guy who owns it is a chef who worked at different places but wanted to open his own Mexican joint. He bakes all his own bread, so the roll was really good.

    I had a cheese steak at at Steve's Prince of Steaks in Northeast Philly last night. 

    For an un-chopped steak it was really good.

    Don't get me wrong - roast pork is just as much, if not moreso, the sandwich of Philadelphia. But John is serving up both sandwiches that are equally good.

    And I should try his Roast Pork, but I don't get over there much at all and I doubt I could pass on a Cheesesteak.
