When would you expect an announcement for a tour that overlaps both seasons?jimjam1982 said:
My rumor is that if nothing is announced by mid-March you can rule out summer gigs and we are on to fall.Noload said:Rumors?0 -
Can't speak for anyone else but I'd like to hear about it all.Facemeltor said:

If stuff is happening in September, you would think we would hear something by April/May0

I think you can speak for all of us here!0 -
That’s pretty much the run we did but I had to miss one of the Boston shows and the Saratoga show for work. 😭CantKeepmedown said:My buddy and I did 10 shows in 14 days on the 2000 tour (Cincy to Camden). It was the best two weeks of my life. Used fanclub tix for Cincy and Saratoga. Sort of random. And got the rest pretty cheap. The good ol days.
My wife and I each had fan club tickets for one show. The rest we grabbed through Ticketmaster. My brother-in-law at the time worked for Nobody Beats the Wiz and they had a ticket counter in the store. He hooked us up with the Jones Beach shows. Good old days.1996: Randall's Island 2 1998: East Rutherford | MSG 1 & 2 2000: Cincinnati | Columbus | Jones Beach 1, 2, & 3 | Boston 1 | Camden 1 & 2 2003: Philadelphia | Uniondale | MSG 1 & 2 | Holmdel 2005: Atlantic City 1 2006: Camden 1 | East Rutherford 1 & 2 2008: Camden 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 (#25) | Newark (EV) 2009: Philadelphia 1, 2 & 4 2010: Newark | MSG 1 & 2 2011: Toronto 1 2013: Wrigley Field | Brooklyn 2 | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2015: Central Park 2016: Philadelphia 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 | Fenway Park 2 | MSG (TOTD) 2017: Brooklyn (RnR HOF) 2020: MSG | Asbury Park 2021: Asbury Park 2022: MSG | Camden | Nashville 2024: MSG 1 & 2 (#50) | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2025: Raleigh 20 -
AL x2. Both times in Birmingham. Indoors in '98 and outdoors (at the same facility where the Foos just announced) in '03RK50065 said:

So Foos will play 50% as many shows in those states in 3 days than PJ has ever played...0 -
My two favorite bands are Pj and u2. And it absolutely sucks to be a fan of them both for a while now.0

Getting tickets for AR was an interesting experience. I got into the queue 15 minutes before onsale time, like I would normally do for TM or LN. When time came, it said there were 6,064 ppl in line ahead of me, and my wait time was over an hour. Well, venue only holds 9,500 ppl. So I was like, 'no chance in hell I'm getting tickets.' And I moved on to other things without realizing I hadn't closed the queue tab. 55 minutes later, I hear a ding...it's my turn. The page opens up and the only tickets available are platinum, running over $300 each. So then, I put in my Citi code (instead of the FF code I originally used to log in), and suddenly every single section is available. I grabbed 4 pit tickets. Then I immediately texted my friend to brag about my luck. She says she wants to go, but she doesn't want pit. So I hit the back button, and am able to pull second row reserved on the aisle.Weston1283 said:

I go back to the site 2 minutes later, there's nothing available but lawn. And there hasn't been anything but lawn since then.
Not sure how I was able to get so lucky almost an hour after onsale. I had honestly given up and resigned myself to the fact that this one just wasn't happening. But then...boom.
Sorry. I know this is a PJ tour rumor thread. But there doesn't seem to be much of that happening, so I thought I'd share my anecdote.
