people about taking care of the environment. Celebrities are the biggest fucking hypocrites when it comes to pretty much anything but can you blame them? They don’t live in the real world like we do.

honest about it yes. off the charts fucking douchebag? also yes.
    her response is brilliant.

Well that’s his thing. And people keeping feeding into it so he won’t stop anytime soon.
I'll take your word because I have no idea who that is...and I know lots of terrible tweeters....
Super arrogant, super cocky, misogynist… the list goes on and on. His tweet is right on brand but I guess acknowledging that is making excuses for him.
The line "people keep feeding into it so he won’t stop anytime soon" suggests other people are to blame for what he does.

May not have been what you meant, but it's what I inferred.

I respect your opinion, Nick... Just my $0.02.

I appreciate it but that’s not what I meant. I don’t think others are to blame for what he does but they’re not helping with his exposure by feeding into it. I just think that’s how our society works right now with social media.

I can't believe you're making excuses for this prick, Nick.  Guys like that are giving a big "fuck you" to the planet that sustains you and I and everyone else.  How do justify being OK with that?  Is no future for the young OK with you?  I don' think so.  I don't think you are that kind of person.  I'm a bit perplexed here.
Where did I make an excuse for him? It’s what he does! Are you surprised by his tweet? Are you aware of this guy? Are you this angry with your favorite musician, actor or athlete having sports cars and private jets? Or is it different because they’re not dicks about it? This guy wasn’t  on my radar until recently and couldn’t give a fuck about him and his obnoxious behavior.  But in our country, the more obnoxious, the more famous I guess. Chill out.
"...can you blame them?" honestly sounds like excusing it, nick. I do get what your overall point is, however, maybe pearl jam is an outlier, they tour as they employee a shitload of people, national and local, and do other great work. it's not like Stone and Jeff jet off to the Galapagos islands while making tik toks about climate change. I guess maybe because I don't generally follow celebrities, but which ones talk about climate change flying around on private jets when it isn't related to their jobs?

most celebrities that I've seen that do that, also take measures to mitigate or offset what they do.

Well, sorry if I misunderstood, Nick.  It seemed to me like your were defending him.  If not, then my bad and I accept the blame there.
No, I'm not surprised by anything anymore.
No, I'm was not aware of this guy.

Am I this angry with my favorite musician, actor or athlete having sports cars and private jets? NO!  None of my favorite musicians, or actors do that shit and I have no favorite athletes.  The people I admire most today are not dicks about that shit because they don't do it.  I don't support that kind of fool anymore.

And apparently it was his video reply to her that led to Romanian authorities determining he was in the country (because of the Romanian pizza chain on the pizza box in front of him)...Too perfect.

No. He was not "being open about" it. He chose to go on twitter and (try to) mock Greta about it.

Maybe you missed that in your rush and urge to defend *reads notes*... ... .... ....  Andrew Tate
