    I figured it would be announced as a practical joke by now.  This is shocking even for him.  He should get an award for how funny he is in the video's narration.  I wonder if someone sold him on this knowing it would make him look like a fool?  This is one of the most astounding things I think I have witnessed from him, for me it is more surprising than any of his other shenanigans thus far.  At least I expected secret police, insurrection and claims that the vote was rigged.
