I don't know how often it happens but RITFW after Indifference is an interesting choice, a bit like Baba after Y Led in Hyde Park 2, it's not actually an extra encore but it feels like one.0

Whew. I ordered my CDs on October 12. Received notice yesterday 10/25 that they are finally being shipped, and that I am expecting to receive them on 10/31.

I held off buying the CDs of the shows I went to until OKC was dropped yesterday. So now I will have a nice little bundle of music heading my way to listen to at work.0

I did the same for the four Canadian shows. Waiting till Toronto was was released then placed an order over @ Nugs.net.

I've noticed that Nugs isn't always first-in first-out when it comes to orders. It seems like they burn shows in batches and some runs get done before others.
