I wasn't able to do what you had suggested. I created that UPS account, but the website just kept loading. So I had to pay $47.12 taxes and duty.demetrios said:Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0 -
Pretty cool, if you wanna send me one instead of boxing them up maybe I'll learn to skateGuy Dudebro said:Recent acquisitions now boxed to join their friends in the garage never to be seen again…

Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?0 -

Ok. Mine is coming tomorrow. They want $60. Lol. I'm going to the local customs and just paying the taxes. That's it. Damn UPS!

Since Friday I must of spoke to 6 UPS reps on the phone, just trying to get the customs declaration and the UPS forms sent to me via email. None of them knew what they were doing. So glad the rep this morning knew what he was doing.UPS wanted $60 in fees. $45 brokerage fees was waved. Paid only $15 just for the taxes.

Ugh. That story reminds me of many years ago I went into a Tower Records looking for a new remastered release of The Beatle’s Yellow Submarine. I asked the very young girl behind the counter if they had it. She said, “who?” I said, “The Beatles”. She then asked a co-worker,”Do we have anything by a band called The Beatles?” I think I aged 100 years right there on the spot.HughFreakingDillon said:I went and got my hardware put on my deck yesterday.

I’ll share these here since they’re somewhat related. MPS Classic series decks. These were made a surprise gift by Jeff for the gents at the MPS event in Montana last August. The original G&S, Sims, and Caster art was “reimagined” by Don Pendleton. I was able to get a set of these signed by Strople, Saladino, and Bowman. I’m going to try and send the Inouye up to him to finish the set. Big thanks to David at SK8 Supply in San Diego for his help and to Brad Bowman for giving up some of his stash.
