Tickets Missing from Ticketmaster Account

My friend won tickets through the original Ten Club lottery back in 2020.  He got the e-mail back when the shows were rescheduled which stated that his tickets were still valid but now they aren't showing up in his Ticketmaster account.  I thought that I'd read about this happening on the forum in the past few months but I can't seem to find the discussion.

Has anyone had this happen and successfully get the tickets back into their account?  He's in process of contacting both the Ten Club and Ticketmaster.  Thanks for your help.

    This happened to us with Rage Agains The Machine tickets we had. Venue had them on file and I retrieved them at the venue ticket window.

    Calling Ticketmaster? Good luck with that. You are lucky if a live person there answers and email. But seriously I hope they help him with his tickets. That sounds frustrating.

    That happened to me with PJ Toronto tickets. After much time on the phone with TM they refreshed my account or something and ithe tickets reappeared a couple days later
