    My brother has been managing a small farming operation up in the state of Washington for several years now.  The help he gets has always been from two sources: high school kids wanting to make some money in the summer and, more often, more reliable, and far more hard working, Hispanic workers from Mexico.  Not to sound reverse racist, but try to get a non-Hispanic American to do that kind of work.  Good luck! I worked with my brother up there for a while when I was up there.  Hardest goddamn job I've ever had.  No one up here wants to do that work, but then they bitch like hell because "Mexicans are taking our jobs".  Such a line of bullshit.

    I don’t think it’s racist to give an ethnic group 
    a compliment if it’s the truth.  Husband works in lumberyard part-time, retired from corrections.  Most of the laborers are Mexican Americans/Immigrants or Migrants.  They truly, truly believe this is the land of opportunity and they are raised to respect their jobs when given the opportunity.  
    It’s been said many times on here, who will do all the jobs that Americans won’t do?  I just hope they’re able to afford their own companies one day, not that some don’t already, but being your own boss is part of the American dream as well for 1/2 our working force.
