    Originally released back in 2004 as a 2-CD and 4-LP set, Rearviewmirror compiles tracks from 1991 – 2003. Reissued earlier this year as a colored vinyl Walmart exclusive, the 2-LP sets with Volume 1 devoted to the band’s "Up Side", containing heavier rock songs, and Volume 2 covering their "Down Side", consisting of slower songs and ballads. The Rearviewmirror 2- LP sets will now get a wide release on black vinyl on October 14.

    Pre-orders for both “Up” & “Down” versions are available now!
     
     

    The previous 10C set was one black and one gray, right? The "four black records" was from Wal-Mart.

    This news just means "four black records" are now available at independent record stores, right? But I've seen RVM in record stores this year.

    What's new with this news?

    The all black wax RVM has been available in local indie shops. It’s been EXCEEDINGLY expensive (like $25 more each volume), which is perhaps due to the idea that it was truly international only before today?

    It's becoming harder to care about getting "one of each variant."

    Although I did pick up a clear and a gold LO2L..but that was also the one that hooked me on the band.

    I'm sure I had a few chances to pick up an OG black vinyl at original cost circa 2001-2004 or whatever, but kept sleeping on it. The RSD one came out and I made sure to grab one that day from the stack of 10 they had.
