Have them too. Ended up with 3 quarts of pickled beets. Lots of work but I'm disturbingly obsessed. They taste great too. Nice colors.

Ive been picking blackberries at my folks which were nice, at my house we have lots of greengages. Im not sure what to do with them all.  If i dont pick them, they'll fall and make the end of the garden all sqiushy. Any ideas?

Yes! Put in pan add some sugar keep stirring til it thickens a bit. (I did with raspberries added pectin too) Blackberry sauce/jam. Will keep in fridge for 3 weeks. Or wash and freeze them. Put in shakes. Muffins, scomes. Add to a salad. Enjoy
