It's that too many letters, no numbers or space. Would have been better if done like the Cali one. In US I believe you can choose words for a vanity plate. In UK we can't do that and have to try and make something meaningful with numbers and letters to try and make a word. So PEARLJAM doesn't work.
Could for example just off top of my head do ED10 PJM.
But still cool to have the plate as bit of fun.
