    Im trying to loose weght too! Im not sure if Peach Bellini and fried Halloumi today helped but I really enjoyed it. I've now moved onto Detox tea.  Id recommemd 2 litres of water for weight loss.  I like diet coke!  This is the coffee I like-

    If you're going to drink it black, I would go with a flavored coffee if regular black is too bitter for you. My favorite is Bones Coffee. They have a wide variety of flavors and I particularly like the Holy Cannoli, Gingerbread Man, and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors. Those are my weekend treats.

    For the weight loss thing, I wouldn't cut out the creamer. I would try to find other ways to cut out calories. Unless you're using the stuff that's 50 calories per serving for large amounts of coffee, it's not too bad calorie wise. Instead of cutting out creamer, I would rather add about 10-15 minutes more of exercise to counter the calories.

    thanks folks! (yeah, I only drink one mug of coffee a day; I'm sure the creamer doesn't make that much of a difference, but figured I'd cut out whatever I can stomach)
