Hi guys
I have tickets for London in a few weeks. Since booking the tickets two years ago my wife is now unable to walk far or stand for long periods. She really wants to go to the show but the organisers are impossible to contact - no replies etc. Does anyone know if there are accessible seats in the Ten Club area? Can we book those?

    I am in a very similar kind of position. AXS cannot be contacted so I have emailed ten club about this. Hoping they can get back to me ASAP so we can make a decision on going

    When we went to the Seattle Home Show my sister had an ankle injury.  I went to the ticket booth and explained our situation and they gave us disability seating.

    Try that as a last resort.

    I emailed access@bst-hydepark.com just over aweek ago, but have had no reply yet... They also have this telephone number 02077577853, or a live chat with AXS at www.axs.com.uk (go to the bottom of the website & click on the Help Centre link). Hope some of this may help.

    AXS says you have to submit a request at least 4 weeks in advance 
    and there is a form
