Have not Received European Show Tickets

I have tried several times in vain to email the official Ten Club ticket email to find out how to receive my tickets for the European shows, with no response. Any advice would be appreciated!

    I have the same problem and I reached out to them just once 5 days ago asking about tickets but received no response.

    For the 2018 tour, we received emails with info about collecting tickets about a month before the concerts.
    We are now just 3 weeks away and it'd be good to have some info about the collection process.

    That is good to know, thank you. I am going to the Vienna and Prague shows in July, but you should definitely have received a communication by now. I also tried to call, and the voicemail said to send an email lol. Not a great process.

    During the EV tour in 2019 you picked them up on show day at the arena. The original confirmation email said the pick up info was supposed to be sent out on June 12th (2020), two weeks before the start of the tour. So that’s still a few days away

    It has always be this way in Europe since 2014 (at least), you have to pick your ticket on the day of the show at the will call with your ID
    2012 : Amsterdam 2
    2014 : Amsterdam 1&2, Milan, Berlin, Werchter
    2018 : Amsterdam 1&2, Pinkpop, London 1, Berlin, Werchter, London 2
    2020 : ?

    Any additional news on this? I have Frankfurt 10C GA tickets, but no additional info by now. So just be there early enough to pick the tickets up? Thanks in advance!

    Last 10C Tickets I got was Eddie Vedder Dublin and they emailed 1 month in advance with details.
    Only 18 days for Berlin show and no email sent yet ...

    Since 2006 at least. Just be patient, the information will come sooner or later (and be posted here, if for some reason you shouldn't receive the e-mail). And rest assured, the process has always been smooth and easy, at least in my experience.

    Until then, just relax and look forward to the show(s) 😊

    I have a similar issue. Tickets for Berlin, purchased via 10c in 2020. 
    I did not receive any instructions so far, gig is next week.
    I'm.not familiar with the venue.
    Not great communication.

    Tickets are picked up next to the entrance of the venue on the day of your show.

    This is where we got our 10C tickets in 2018. It was right where by Berlin EV and the GA line formed near the parking lot marked P08

    Excuse me for the ignorance but its been so long since my last PJ show I can't remember a thing! 

    I don't appear to have received an email containing any instructions about tickets. I won Amsterdam in 2019 but the only updates since then have been show rescheduling. Anyone in the same boat?

    They should at least say "you will receive ticket pick up info by the following date" as it was initially stated back in 2019. And not responding to emails... I don't know what to say.

    I see that differently. Info from newsletter came late in my opinion and they did not specify deadline for sending emails. That is why we have so many questions from members regarding tickets delivery/pickup. I would like to know exactly when to expect email, so I can timely ask for support if something goes wrong. Ah, support... If you sell something, then you have customers. If you have customers, then you should have customer support. Not responding to customer emails regarding their purchase is really something special in 2022.

    Same here - off to Berlin for the show on Tuesday. Bought the tickets pre-pandemic but no confirmation email - assuming they'll be waiting for me at the venue with my name on in the usual manner but a confirmation would be nice...

    Same here. In the past they provided instructions for tix pickup a couple of weeks earlier.
    I have written three emails but no asnwer.
    I am leaving to Berlin and nothing is clear at the moment. Same for Italian show.
    In the last 10c email they wrote that a message with pick up instructions will be sent....but when?
    In the past they were more accurate with this process. Hope everything will be ok as I am travelling abroad specifically for this show.

    Agreed the communication in advance of this tour has been really poor. Have also sent a couple of emails seeking reassurance/clarification for tickets paid for nearly 3 years ago and heard absolutely nothing.
