Vinyl editions with hard cover book?

Do you know of or own any vinyl editions with a hardcover book included? 

And are there any examples on packaging for this (LP+hardcover book), that is not everything just lying in a big shoebox? 

The TEN and VS/Vitalogy deluxe boxes are kind of nifty, but they are not just an LP and a hardcover book.

    I bought the Record Store Day book/LP that came out in April. It has the LP and book inside an outer sleeve that wraps around the top and bottom, but leaves the spines visible.

    The STP deluxe reissues are hardcover. 3CD and 1 vinyl for each I believe.

    Radiohead and Thom Yorke spring to mind for lps that kind of masquerade as hard back books to a greater or lesser extent. There’s the discbox In Rainbows and special editions of A Moon Shaped Pool and Anima.

    Each of the Lemonheads reissues on Fire Records have had a ‘bookback’ edition, usually with an extra LP of bonus stuff.   They’re really nice.

    "Boockback", is that the packaging Pearl Jam uses for the Vaults? Or are these "slimmer" in size/more close to a ordinary gatefold?
