    the rate change is for packages over 22", when he says smaller I think hes referring to length, 20" x 3" will work and stay under the limit. but doesnt leave much room inside if the print happens to shift within the paper during transit. BK touched on it i think recently in the merch thread. and this munk may be black stock which they say tends to shift for some reason. so munk might be looking at 20" going forward but not with this particular print.

    Ah… I thought it was a change to the total L x W x H that triggered the upcharge.  Gotcha!
