    Don't know that band^^

I'm guessing you would like early Burma, Lou.  Before they broke up for 20 years (due to guitarist Roger Miller's tinnitus) and rejoined the made a tremendous EP and first album on Ace of Harts Records,  Signal, Calls, and Marches and Vs. .  Check them out if you get a chance.

Their albums after reforming are great too, though more challenging, but the album "Nancy Reagan Head" is off of, The Obliterati is awesome!

Here's a live version of their first single, "Academy Fight Song":

One of my favorite Boston bands. I got to see them around the time when they first reunited; they filled in for Sonic Youth to open for a Wilco show at the pavilion in Boston.

I'm a huge SY fan. I've seen them live more than any other band, so I was a bit bummed at first that they canceled. But then I saw who was filling in and had a hard time believing that it would happen. But it did!

And Mission of Burma was really fucking loud! Like Motorhead loud! Really cool show.

    Oh, Wilco was good, too.

You saw Sonic and Burma!  Nice!
So it's no wonder Roger has to wear these to play!

I stopped buying bootlegs (unless they are "official") a good 35 years ago (and even then only had purchased one or two ever), but a friend of mine gave me this about 20 years ago and I am definitely hanging on to it (Discogs photo):
