    My go to second word if I don’t get much off the first. Is almost always a similar word, different first letter. For some reason I used this one instead today.

    I failed the last time there was a situation like yours.  I realized I should have tried to figure out all the words that could work before doing my third guess, and then trying to make another guess with some of those letters to eliminate several options with one guess versus get unlucky trying a new first letter each time.  

    I guess hard mode would not allow that though.
