Ticket problems

I can't seem to get past the "In order to verify you, please log in to Ten Club below. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to this page" and when I click on Go to Ten Club it just blinks and I get nothing - Anyone else having this issue? Could it be remotely related to the fact that I was able to purchase 2 consecutive nights in LA for 2020 and now that option is no longer available? I want to purchase tickets for another date added in an entirely different city. Help?

    Did not solve my issue. Still wind up at that same blue Go to Ten Club box, and can go no further.

    Are you on your phone or on a computer? I was having issues in chrome on my laptop, switched to safari and was able to complete my entries.

    Make sure you are logged in to 10c, have the browser remember your login. Then go to the appropriate ticketstoday link (US. Canada, or French)

    On a computer, not ipad or phone, get to that US link, on the blue pop up, right click and try to "open in new tab" or window or whatever your browser says. I'm on a mac, so might be different in windows, but try chrome browser, since its functions are similar on mac and pc.

    Make sure you're logged in to your 10c account, then try that link.

    Nice try, right click was the first new idea I've had in awhile, but same pop-up that won't navigate. Can't right click on it either. But credit for a new idea. 10C has been of little help.

    Is there a public library or an internet cafe near you? Worth trying on a different computer, different internet connection, etc.

    I've used 3 separate devices on 2 different networks. It must be something in my account that's flagging something is all I can figure. Like having the 2 LA shows. Which from what I could read behind that pop-up is not a option anymore.
