Hindsight paints such a simpler picture. Sure things were crazy then too.

Good launch out into a rainy warm day. Can't listen to the whole record. May mellow me out too much! Very good though.

Debut being reissued in EU. Shipping is costly, but I don’t know if it’s going to be available stateside (or in Aussieland, in your case).

Was on the lookout for this one here in Melbourne in a couple of record stores but they don’t seem to have it. Not that I was expecting they would.

Tom Wilson Symphonic Scars. A show he played with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, a “companion show” to his memoir: Beautiful Scars. He was the lead singer of best selling Canadian band Junkhouse (and current alter ego Lee Harvey Osmond). He grew up thinking he was white. He found out in his 50’s that his aboriginal aunt was actually his biological mother. It’s quite a read.

@brianlux and @dankind and @GlowGirl I think you folks might dig his music.

I would more recommend his Lee Harvey Osmond stuff rather than his solo stuff. his solo stuff is more straight ahead rock. The LHO stuff is very laid back groovy jazzy dirty night club type of music.
