    Tried all of the above and get the advert then it stops after 20 seconds and says ready. If I press play again just repeats the advert. Tried all your links thanku. Thanku everyone for your help.
    If someone could record would be very grateful. May go and watch a PJ dvd now and have a nice drink of JD.

    u still have an hour, dont give up

    try loading the vid through the website. right click, hit options, and make sure the buffering is unlimited or max, make sure its not buffering just 5-10-20 secs of video

    make sure ur acceleration is on max

    All this is correct, have checked everything really. Thanks for all your wonderful help Jammin2Pearl but am pretty stuck for ideas now.

    Has anyone gotten it to work on a Mac? I've tried all the suggestions (different browsers, changed preferences, cleared cookies, restarted computer, tried all the links etc), and I get nothing.

    I don't have an exact translation for this:

    (Mac et Linux ne sont pas tolérés)

    I suspect it has to do with not supporting Macs.

    you need to download Media Player for Mac.. type that into google and it'll link you to microsofts website..

    i had to do it earlier.. macs cant play .asx files on their standard video software (quicktime)

    i did it earlier today... it'll work :)
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    im sorry, this sucks for you..i say walk away for 20-30min, turn off everything, including modem/routers and then try one more time..

    uve been trying harder and longer then everyone, it would suck for u to not get it working
