    I wouldn't worry too much about checking the logins if you have been able to change your password. Possible that some little eegit (hacker), sat in a box room somewhere in the world has attempted a brute force attack on many myspace accounts, or infact tried to use myspace as a mail client to spread viruses or SPAM people. It's also possible that myspace has it's own little virus or trojan horse going on, on it's own server, which would account for the "high" alert mail thingy - god I sound too geeky!
