    I hate her voice 🤷‍♂️. 
    The band just does nothing really exciting… what can I say? I think they are awful.

    I didn’t say the should be added to the list. Just some female-fronted bands that I listen to and deserve a little recognition 👍

    I do believe Siouxsie and the Banshees were around for 20 years… good band 
    I believe most of these bands still tour actually.  Concrete Blond had this one song, only version that stuck out to me was Live at the Hollywood bowl and the song Wendy.  THAT is one version of that song that is like no other.  I can't stomach the studio version.

    I'm with 1Thought.  Never cared for the Pretenders or her voice either.

    I like The Pretenders kind of. I don't turn them off, but her voice gets to me as well. In order for me to really get into a band, I have to like their voice. The music may be great, but if I don't like the singer's voice, I choose not to listen to them. This is why I'm not a huge Pumpkins or Rush fan. (sorry!!!!)

    I get this.  Admittedly, it took me a while to appreciate Geddy.   Most people dislike Rush because of his singing.

    I don't dislike them, but I just can't get into them because of his voice. I know people that say the same thing about PJ.

    All the people kept saying, Pretenders, Pretenders, Pretenders, OMG soooo GOOD.  So a bunch of years ago I listened to the first two albums.  Once.  My mother hung me on a hook, once.  Once.  Didnt light me up at all.  Highly overrated, imho.  I think its a Northeast kind of thing.  Cant get enough Rush or Garbage, btw...  :rock_on:
