    The first three Heart albums in particular are amazing. The cover of Stairway to Heaven may be the greatest live cover of any song I have ever seen/heard.  They are my favourite band on the initial list.

    Admittedly, I have a soft spot for them because of the Canadian-connection and how they “broke” up here first while using Vancouver as their home base. 
    And as an 11 year old, Nancy Wilson was my first rock n roll crush haha… the “These Dreams” video.
    That 1985 self-titled album was the first cassette I ever bought with my own money.

    I was just watching the video for Cuts Like a Buffalo last night, where she is slowly belly dancing.  Love that song.

    Dead Weather played right before PJ at ACL in 2009 and she left it all on the stage. Just absolutely killed it & it was amazing.

    echo the Mosshart comments. after Dead Weather, it got me to check out The Kills. Love that group. She has some solo stuff on soundtracks and things on iTunes.
