    The fact that they charged me $475 and I don't get to see where my seats are is aggravating.

    There are plenty of people that would be happy to take your aggravation away by seeing a $475 charge without seat assignments.

    Back in spring 2020 seat assignments didn’t come out for a couple of weeks. That was a lot more tickets though.

    Used to be that you wouldn't know where your seats were until you picked up your tickets at the venue on day of show.

    Ya which I thought was not the right move since people put if for preferred fan as well as 10C. They did not know where their 10C seats where so they tried for VF as well and ended up with multiple tickets instead of just a pair that they needed. Knowing your seats before hand helps lessen the load for VF I would imagine. Still going to be a shit show either way and there probably is not enough time between 10C drawing and VF drawing to distribute seats.
