Besides the obvious, Dopesmoker by Sleep and Monoliths and Dimensions by Sunn O))), I would say Satan Worshiping Doom by Bongripper can be very heavy, limb melting music.

I guess everyone has their own version of "stoner" music. I lean more toward the doom. As far as just stoner rock, I recommend All Them Witches.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjZXmJJc2Gs

The music itself is marvelous, textured, mysterious and moody at times, a lot of it definitely psychedelic. They really got out there on some this work this time. Steve Wynn wanted the group to perform the entire album live (which would have been quite a feat) but it came out right as the pandemic hit. It probably won't happen now as the band is finishing up another album and Wynn is working on a memoir.Alex Grey's work is fantastic. I have an oversized book of his art work. Also used to have a signed copy of his more literary The Mission of Art that I sold years ago. Pretty good book and I'm glad I read it, but it wasn't inscribed to me so no reason to keep it and I needed the money."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -
