PJ tix - 2020-2022

I lived in Los Angeles when I bought tickets for the LA Gigaton tour. I’ve since moved my family to Connecticut. Given that so many people relocated during Covid, does anyone know if tickets can be exchanged for other locations? Like, can I trade my LA fix for an east coast show?

Most likely scenario for you would be to request a refund or list your tickets on the Fan exchange (when it reopens) and purchase a pair for a show from the exchange for another venue. No ways to trade tickets.

I agree that with the time gap being so large between the shows that we should be given the opportunity to trade our tickets for other shows. I have tickets to both LA shows but I no longer feel comfortable flying out of country to go to those shows. Would be nice to have the ability to let them go and increase my chances of getting tickets for a Canadian show.
  • I have a feeling that will be an option, given the circumstances.

Refund and buy the show you want when the dates/public sales drop in the new year. Only option I see happening.

It would be nice, but at the same time I think it could be a logistical nightmare (ie a giant make work project).  Ergo I doubt it will happen.

I imagine the F2F is going to be chaos when the shows get announced (assuming they resume it).

Looking forward to the F2F shenanigans to start again!

On the bright side, Hartford shows are always top tier ;)

I mean, I can buy tickets for any event in the future and have to relocate due to work. Choices get made one way or another on all future purchases. I don’t see this trade idea happening. As someone else said “logistic nightmare.”

  • Everything should have been cancelled and refunded a long time ago. It sucks, but starting over makes the most sense. Any other way is going to be a giant headache for the Ten club. I.e. When they announce the new dates will they have an option for lottery winners to keep the tickets or let them be refunded. Would they have another lottery for returned tickets and so on.

Are the “cancel and start over” posts coming from people who opted for refunds and now need tickets?

  • No... I opted not to get a refund when it was offered. But I still lived in LA at the time. I now live in on the east coast - and imagine a lot of people have relocated since Covid -- so I was just wondering if there was going to be a way to trade venues.

Not from me. I actually think it sucks for those of us that won/have tickets. Hopefully they give the option for people to keep them or give them back. I just find it hard to believe the ten club will deal with the hassle of it all.

I think they should have said how it was going to work when they made their announcement. I get not giving dates and venues, but they must know how it's going to work in regards to tickets and such.

100% you will have an option for a refund if you can’t make the rescheduled date.

Highly doubt there is an option to trade your tickets for another venue.  But I’m certain you will have a window for a refund once the actual dates are announced.

I don't in any way see that happening. You could still fly to the show and if not, get a refund and seek tickets to a show closer to your new area.  These rescheduled dates I'm sure are already a logistical nightmare for the 10c and they'll be plenty of happy as well as disappointed fans that have to seek a refund regardless.
  • I imagine you’re right. My fear is refunding the tickets, then not being able to get the east coast show ones for some reason - like they sell out in a flash.

This is also my fear because there will only be a limited amount of tickets that go back up for sale. Maybe a good option would be to give tenclub members first crack at some of the tickets that were refunded already? I realize that they will need to release some to the general public also but those of us who have held onto their tickets for 2 years deserve a chance to score again at a venue that works for them.
