    I hosted dinner for family and friends.

    They drank, smoked, and enjoyed appetizers on the patio by the fire. Appies: blueberry, chedder, and peppercorn cheese, stuffed olives, pickles, salami, honey garlic sausage, crackers, prawns, and chocolates.

    I stuffed a grain fed fresh bird using my daddy's apple and sausage recipe for stuffing, made a medley of root veggies including candied yams, mashed and sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts au gratin, glazed carrots, honey ham and pineapple, scissor rolls, cranberry sauce and I mastered gravy! 

    Everyone was too full for apple pie and vanilla ice cream.

    We are allowed 10 vaxxed guests. However, science shows omicron doesn't discriminate... to hell with politics.
