And by the way, my morning jacket can do this, but Pearl Jam can’t repress Benny? I digress

  • How many reprints of Okonokos has there been?

Also, any place in Europe to buy a MMJ tshirt from? I've grown out of the ones I have :/

I think this is the second reprint. Badman has reprinted the Chocolate & Ice EP many times.

If you have an original, I wouldn’t waste money on this. ATO Records is total garbage, I don’t think there was any cutting info on the runouts of the self titled album or Waterfalls II.

    Thanks for this info

sooo the self titled album pretty much sucks IMO, so did both Waterfalls.  I MMJ done as a power rock band?  Tons of synth and just plain weird shit abound.  I think I can count on one hand, songs I think are awesome on all three of those titles combined.  Have they lost their mojo?

I think Waterfall 1 is magnificent. 2 sounded exactly like what it was, a collection of leftovers that weren’t quite up to snuff or didn’t fit. S/T isn’t spotless by any means but a worthy addition to the catalog imo and got them out of the formula of the previous 3 albums.
  • I jumped ship with Waterfalls.

    Not my thing anymore.

Okey. I have the first printing I think... in a flat shoebox kind of box...

But never liked the geeneric feel of those vinyl boxes things.... if this is in a sleeve. HMMMMMMMM.... maybe...

I really hate the box of the original though and it doesn't have these awesome colors lol

But I will have to stick with the original- $73 is too much for just aesthetic purposes

I spent so much on MMJ this year already

I’d never argue  someones opinion about art but have you listened to any of the live versions? MNJ songs sound so much better live imo.

I think I paid like 45 dollars for the original box.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO VINYL PRICES

Not based on what I saw at the Chicago Auditorium. Mojo is alive and on fire.   I could see how the popiness of the first couple of songs on MMJ could turn a person off. I dont particularly like it either.  The back end of the record is very good though.

Definitely not. They were on fire at Ohana and the new songs sounded great live. I really like Waterfall, Waterfall II is decent and I absolutely love the new album. To each, their own!

The Waterfall II has Wasted buried towards the end - it's essentially the sequel to Run Thru (imo). Amazing song.
