    Current Playoff predictions anybody?

    1: Georgia
    2: Oregon
    3: Ohio State
    4: (committees biggest fear) Cincinnati 
    First team out:
    5: Notre Dame
    6: Alabama

    *Not based solely on games to date, but also guessing what will happen the reso of the season.

    No way Bama is out unless they lose again, presumably to GA.  Is that basically what you are predicting here? If so, then I would agree.

    still not the least bit convinced by oregon...Utes get them next week. if the "good utes" show up, they can win.

    Yes, that is my prediction. That was the reason I edited it. 

    I am also not convinced by Oregon, but trying to guess just how the CFP committee will rank everything. Weird arguments to be made everywhere. Oregon is over OSU because of head to head. Then UM over MSU despite losing head to head. CIN over ND because of head to head. 

    I suspect OSU beats MSU & UM and wins the B1G. This eliminates MSU & UM

    I think Oregon still wins out in a very weak PAC 12.

    Big 12 and ACC are out. 

    Cincinnati wins out.

    ND wins out.

    UGA beats Bama in the SEC title game.

    Utah beats oregon (at least once).

    would like to see THEosu beat michigan and MSU, but not so sure.

    Don't sleep on the Cowpokes.  Can Oregon beat Utah twice?  If they can't, I think we're looking at Cincy or Ok State.  

    Ohio State has three tough games remaining as well.. Sparty, scUM and likely Wisky.

    Thanks for joining along! I could definitely see the committee allowing Ohio State to leap over Oregon seeing as how they need to beat Michigan State, Michigan and (likely) Wisconsin. In your scenario, I think it might be (albeit a moot change) Ohio State #2 and Georgia #3.

    Thanks for joining along! I could definitely see the committee allowing Ohio State to leap over Oregon seeing as how they need to beat Michigan State, Michigan and (likely) Wisconsin. In your scenario, I think it might be (albeit a moot change) Ohio State #2 and Georgia #3.
    I think if OSU wins out, they leap Oregon, unless Oregon whoops up everyone.  That doesn't seem likely since they seem to play down to opponents.  They may actually pass Oregon this week..

    The Big 10 finishing schedule dooms the conference and nobody survives with only one loss.
    Same for the Big 12.
    Oregon loses to Utah in one of the games.
    Georgia beats Bama in the SEC championship.

    That leaves:
    1- Georgia
    2- Cincinatti 
    3- Notre Dame
    4- Wake Forest

    2021 Ohio State has the best offense in the nation.  There's no evidence that Bama is any better than Ohio State.  Bama was taken to the wire by a bad Florida team, and lost to a mediocre A&M team.  The only team that played OSU close is Oregon, and that was game #2 when our Freshman heavy team struggled.  And they still only lost by a td and had the ball late with a chance to tie.
