Hershel's Pastrami Reuben my man. With that home-made potato salad. Ah yeah.
I also picked up New Zealand salmon to cook tonight - yeah salmon twice in one day. You heard me. #FTW

We eat about 1-2+ pounds of Salmon a week usually. Usually get a big old guy and have it for dinner then use it for salad as a lunch the next day0

So what's everyone's thoughts here on the Braves? Pulling for them? I have to admit, when I was a kid, I always cheered for them when they were in the playoffs and World Series except in 1992 and 1993. Like a lot of their players. And I still wouldn't mind if they got through these days and made the World Series. Little NL East love.
For the matter, I very much cheered for the Marlins in their two World Series. And as a Dolphins fan, I always felt a bit of kinship. But I said from day one when I was 9-years-old that they should've been the Miami Marlins and not the Florida Marlins. They both start with an M and that's cool for a sports team name. Can't believe it took them so long to figure out. Actually...I can believe it.
While we're at it and I'm in baseball mood this postseason, I even have some love for those asshole Mets. Always loved the history (1962, 1969, 1986 of course), love the Seinfeld connection, Lenny Dykstra's my all-time favorite player, and really, at my height of baseball fandom (early 90's), they were like looking in the mirror to us Phillies fans. We were them and they were us.

I liked those early 90's Braves teams...right up until 1993. After that, they're like the Dallas Cowboys of baseball to me. Plus one of my best friends is, inexcusably, a Braves fan so I'm always putting up with his bullshit.
This remains one of my all time favorite baseball moments thoughhttps://youtu.be/PilAosY41eA

I want a World Series title to always be in the other league and as far away as possible from the Philadelphia area, if it's not the Phillies winning.0

I didn't mind them too much. Mainly cause they only won once, so i kinda felt bad for them. They had an amazing pitching staff. I couldn't stand The Mets. IThe fans I don't mind except for when they do the "chopping" thing is kinda annoying.
