    I chopped up carrots sweet potatoes barely cover in water, season, add lemon or orange (juice, zest whatever) if you have some ginger. I had dried thai chilis from my garden. Put 1 in. Low overnight or all day. Mash it up. Tasted awesome. To me anyway.

    I do this one quite often.  I use creme fraiche rather than cream though.  There's enough calories with the cheese, for me!  =)
