I hate to be a buzzkill but I would be shocked if anyone from Pearl Jam shows up to an indoor show next weekend.
I have a feeling they're gonna pull a swerve, and have the aftershow on the Pony Summer Stage (parking lot, lol)
I have tickets and would love if they do this.  Also… it will let people hang outside the fence and at least hear what’s going on if they don’t have tickets.

No, they can't move it to the summer stage at that hour.  Shows at the summer stage are subject to the same strict curfew that the main festival is.

Is 10:30 the strict curfew for the festival?

Yes… but I would still love it if they did this.

Hear you. I keep holding on to the NOAA Clime app forecast I use. They're saying the "worst" (precip % of ~35%) would be in the middle of the afternoon, hopefully clears out by 5, 6-ish.

So, there is a loophole that no one's talked about yet. And it's a bit of a stretch, BUT...
if Danny is filming the Stone Pony show, he could have applied for a filming permit that would allow for a concert to be recorded after the curfew time (ala night shoots), as long as it was being filmed (and eventually released. Hi, Let's Play Two).
    It's a stretch, but it's completely plausible.

38% and rain on my forecast - where I am 38% is basically 100% chance of rain.  Is 38% actually 38% in Jersey??

The thought of wearing jeans and shoes on a sandy beach sounds kind of gross but it is what it is.

Ha, I would highly advise against wearing either regardless of rain.

  • Even though I’m super jealous and bummed that I’m not going I hope you all get great weather and have an incredible time!

I feel like forecasts change all the time here, not gonna put too much stock into the forecast until around Thursday.
  • Just do what I normally do. Bring appropriate rain gear and it will be guaranteed to not rain. Risk it by not bringing something and expect to stand in the rain quite a bit. The strategy rarely fails for me.   :|

I still haven't gotten my wristbands. I was stupid and ignored the emails, forgetting that I've moved since I originally purchased the tickets.  They are in my hometown...anyone know whether I can go to a facility to pick them up?

Do it! How often can you say you’ve done every show of a tour?

VIP's are starting to pop up for $500 on the reg at this point,

If it rains, there are definitely gonna be VIP's available for like $200-$300.

The issue is gonna be unloading the tickets I already have without taking a beating.
